Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall continue in full force.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Zignol AI. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Zignol AI offers subscription-based access to its premium features. Details of available plans, pricing, and included features are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
New subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of their initial subscription purchase, provided that the user has not substantially used the Platform's premium features during that period.
This cooling-off period applies only to a user's first subscription purchase. It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades or downgrades, or any subsequent subscription after a prior cancellation.
After the seven (7) day cooling-off period, or upon substantial use of premium features (whichever occurs first), all subscription payments are non-refundable. As Zignol AI provides access to a digital service with AI-generated analysis that is consumed upon access, refunds cannot be issued for partially used subscription periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Refund requests will be processed within fourteen (14) business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Zignol AI reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
